Food Preparation
All food preparation will take place in our banquet kitchen in the WaterColor Community. We have the appropriate equipment with which to transport both cold and hot food items to your home. Once there, our team will set and serve your menu selections or do the setup and leave the serving up to you (based on your preference). We will only utilize your kitchen for heating or finishing entrees, keeping items cold and cleaning up. We also provide disposable serving ware, cutlery, buffet tables and linens as needed but are happy to use any items you’d like based on what you imagine for your event.
Table Placement & Seating
We think that informal events work beautifully set up in existing living and dining areas or around your patio or pool. Since each home’s individual layout is unique, the possibilities are endless. Extra tables, chairs and linens may need to be rented for larger events, however. If that’s the case, we’d be happy to assist.

- A minimum order is required.
- A home inspection will be necessary for any staffed events.
- A standard catering contract is required to secure arrangements.

Pricing and Fees
- Event guarantees are due 3 business days prior to your event.
- We require a deposit of 25% of the estimated event costs upon contract signing. An additional deposit schedule will be included in the contract for additional payments, with all estimated charges being received 10 days prior to event.
- All prices are subject to a 24% service charge, 7% tax and applicable catering fees.
- Additional fees for on-site staffing are applicable.
