Mountainfilm’s mission to use the power of film, art and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world is especially powerful in the midst of an unprecedented year. This year’s festival will be accessible virtually and free-of-charge – allowing loyal Mountainfilm fans and new audiences alike to keep this beloved autumn tradition alive. Attendees are encouraged to gather safely in their homes to watch this year’s 20th anniversary lineup, which include films themed around courage, thought and empathy.
Although tickets are complimentary, you will still need to reserve a ticket to watch the program online through Eventgroove. Tickets will be available on this page beginning Thursday, October 1, 2020.
2020 Mountainfilm on Tour at WaterColor shirts will be available online, as well as at our retail store, Florida SweetTea Style, located in the WaterColor community. Shirt design and link to purchase the shirts will be posted on this page soon.

Mountainfilm + Eventgroove will provide ticket holders with a flexible 48-hour window to watch the program. You will have one opportunity to leave the program and return again at a different time within the program’s available watch window.
Once you have reserved your complimentary festival ticket through Eventgroove, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to access the digital program. This link is specific to each ticket holder and only available to click one time. This system is in place to prevent individuals from sharing their ticket or access. The system will only let users close the program in the browser and come back to it one additional time.
The program can be viewed via laptop, desktop, tablet or mobile device with a strong WiFi connection. Preferred browsers include Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
If you would like to watch the program on your TV, there are a variety of ways this can work depending on the your home system. The most reliable way to watch a program on a TV is by directly connecting a computer via HDMI to the TV. Other ways may include AirPlay (Apple devices), Chromecast, etc.
