WaterColor Beach Setups

Enjoy Fun In The Sun With Our Florida Resort Beach Chairs

Sit back and relax with the convenience of our beach setups, which consist of two canvas chairs and one large umbrella. Placement may vary without notice due to tides and weather conditions.

WaterColor Beach Setups are only available to guests staying in WaterColor; advance reservations are strongly recommended to secure your beach setup.

  • West Section- Near the Beach Club's main West Boardwalk 
  • Middle Section- On the East Side of the WaterColor Inn and Mid Boardwalk

All pricing and policies are based on availability and subject to change. Rates are subject to applicable taxes. Beach chair assignments and locations are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice.  All WaterColor Inn guests and WaterColor Homeowners receive $15 off the daily rate. In compliance with Walton County's Beach Ordinance 2019-05, beach setups are available daily from 8 AM - 4 PM, to protect sea turtle nesting.

All pricing and policies are based on availability and subject to change. Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours PRIOR to the first day of your rental.  No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.

  • The use of personal beach equipment (including blankets, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) is allowed, but must not be placed in front of WaterColor Beach Setups.
    • Personal beach equipment may be placed behind WaterColor Setups or on the adjacent public beach and must not be left overnight.
    • Personal tents are permitted, but must be less than 36 inches in height.

 

  • Ask for assistance before moving resort umbrellas.

 

  • Leave the beach as you found it.  Please pick up all trash and belongings before leaving.

 

  • Do not leave towels on the beach.  Please return resort towels to the bin at the top of the stairs of the boardwalk.

 

  • Be mindful of those around you and keep the music volume at a reasonable setting.

 

  • Use the Universal Boardwalk on the west side of the WaterColor Beach Club if you plan to bring a cooler to the beach. You will not be able to walk through the beach club with a cooler.

 

  • Help protect our wildlife:  Please fill in any holes dug in the sand before leaving, and avoid walking on the sand dunes.

 

  • Glass containers are not permitted on the beach.

 

  • Professional lifeguard services are provided by the South Walton Fire Department daily from 10 AM - 6 PM (March 1 - October 31).
    • Swim at your own risk when lifeguards are not present.

 

  • An ADA-accessible ramp is available on the west Universal Boardwalk at WaterColor Beach Club for access to the WaterColor Beach.  

 

  • Beachgoers are encouraged to stay informed, follow posted safety guidelines, and remain aware of the South Walton beach flag system. Text "SAFETY" to 31279 to receive daily text updates about beach conditions.
