Boats, kayaks, and yolo boards are available to guests of the WaterColor Inn, WaterColor Vacation Rental Program, and home owners.

Canoes and kayaks are available from the BoatHouse, directly on the banks of Western Lake. The BoatHouse also features cane poles and frozen bait for fishing enthusiasts

The Bike Barn adjacent to the BoatHouse is the place to find bicycles of all sizes and bike trailers (two-kid capacity). Bike Barn staff will be happy to help out with maps and excursion information on the extensive woodland trail system within WaterColor. Western Lake's Marina Park also features an inviting lakeside pool.

YOLO Board Adventures at the WaterColor BoatHouse offers guests the opportunity to experience what many consider the world's fastest growing watersport, stand up paddleboarding. Stand up paddleboarding is an easy-to-learn, adaptable activity perfect for families and perfect for exploring Western Lake, one of South Walton's rare coastal dune lakes.  The low impact activity is suitable for anyone from children to seniors and offers the chance to explore the natural beauty of WaterColor from a unique vantage point.

Aptly named for the mantra, "You Only Live Once," YOLO Board is a locally-owned stand up paddleboard company that has quickly gained the reputation along Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast and beyond as the custom paddleboard of choice.  Rentals, lessons and merchandise sales are all offered at the YOLO Board Adventures location seven days a week from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
